π Yes focus on settling the more impt thing now and I hope u will be able to tide thru this difficult period. Same for Yeh also, if she is reading. From the bottom of my heart, I wish all the very best for both of u.
Gg back to the stocks, the table is really for reference only n for anyone who may find it useful.
I still focus on understanding the biz, leaders etc, but figures are important also. I m always open minded to see over the other side of the wall.
Well… Reits is still pretty simple biz to understand, although for Reits in other countries, we still need more understanding of country risk.
In the crazy market of today, it seems like all the detail analyses tend to become less and less significance and relevant to investor making money!
Ooh REITs, I like! A couple of my favourites in there. A specific category of REITs are fun to analyse – can even take walks inside our own properties! One glance and we know whether it is "hoh-sey-liao" or "jia-lat-liao". Haha!
Hi Rolf,
Surprised u gave only numbers, since u often touted "understand the business"
A nice table. Washing my hands off investing for the time being thou. LOL

Rolf,
No amber colour?
If not you would have our classic management traffic lights KPIs π
Green – Buy (Buy buy buy!)
Amber – Hold (It means sell silly!)
Red – Sell (Its a bit late if you still holding)
LOL!
Hi Jared,
I am no high paying analyst. And will never be one! LOL
Just feels like printing some facts about some of the S-Reits here.
Red, Amber, Green… readers decide for themselves using the factual figures. Can ignore the column with est = estimates too!
I read a lot of analyst reports almost daily. Unlike some, I still find the info useful, although not the target pricing info.
For me, I do not mind to still be able to extract the essence out of the reports that many readers condemn!

Hi Kevin,
Yes, you invest what you can see and can feel! That is great isn't it!
